This neatly furnished room is located on the third floor of a building in the middle of the bustling center of Rotterdam. Various entertainment venues, shops and metro station Beurs are within walking distance. The location is also favorable with regard to highways such as the A16, A13 and A20.
Layout
Through the shared entrance on the ground floor, with mailboxes and doorbells, you reach the third floor via the staircase. All rooms are accessible from the shared hall.
The room is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe and desk. These pieces of furniture may be used free of charge, but are not formally part of the rented property.
The shared kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, gas hob and washing machine. The bathroom – shared with two other residents – has a shower and a sink with mirror. The toilet is separate from the bathroom.
