The property is situated on Leeuwenstraat, within walking distance of various shops, restaurants, nightlife venues, and Beurs metro station. Major roads such as the A16, A13, and A20 are also easily accessible. Facilities are shared with two roommates.
Layout
Via the shared entrance on the ground floor, with mailboxes and an intercom, you reach the third floor via the stairwell. All rooms are accessible from the shared hall.
The room is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, and desk. These pieces of furniture may be used free of charge, but do not formally form part of the rental.
