Due to the growth of our company, we are looking to expand our team. We are looking for an assistant real estate manager who recognizes himself in the profile below. The position is part-time for 16-24 hours per week.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in the Dutch and English language, spoken and written

• Experience with the basic principles of accounting is required

• No 9 to 5 mentality

• Stress resistant

• Decisive & accurate

• Proactive & hands on

• Computer literate

• Being able to work independently as well as in a team

• Being able to set priorities in combination with instincts and bear responsibility for your own tasks

Activities:

• Monitoring debtor (rental) administration

• Elaborate (management) agreements

• Invoicing tenants & landlords

• Contractual settlements

• other activities related to the position
