We are seeking a professional, adaptable, commercial person, ideally with Real Estate experience, to join our growing international team. The applicant should have a passion for quality and service with efficient administrational skills including confidence in using Microsoft Office. Exceptional communication skills, multi-tasking experience and a passion for working to deadlines are all essential.

 

Job description:

The position fulfils the following daily tasks: 

  • Contacting new and existing customers via phone, email and face to face, matching criteria with suitable properties and organising appointments.
  • Conducting viewings and tours.
  • Diary management.
  • Contract negotiations and preparation.
  • Mail processing.
  • Photo editing, web presentations & media advertising. 
  • Invoicing and balancing payments.
  • Acquisition of new business.

Requirements:

  • HBO working level.
  • Excellent command of English, written and spoken (additional languages are an advantage).
  • A professional appearance and exceptional communication skills.
  • Commercial mindset and enthusiastic learner.
  • Stress resistant, ability to work under pressure to deadlines.
  • Strength in working individually and as part of a busy team.

 

Working hours:

08:45 to 18:00 Monday to Friday
